Posting

To post:

1. Join WordPress (you simply need to create an account, a weblog is not necessary) with your university email address. Email me at to tell me you have joined and I will add you to the weblog.
2. Once you have access, go to
   https://digmed.wordpress.com/wp-login.php and login. A blue menu bar will appear at the top of the weblog. Click on New Post > digmed.wordpress.com to post

When you post to the weblog:

1. Choose your name in the categories. This will enable you and others to find your post once it gets pushed off the front page and index your name on the main menu.
2. Use objects (images / video / flash / shockwave etc.) that are less than 540 pixels wide.
3. If you intend using html in your post do not use the visual rich editor when writing (disable it under Users > Your Profile)
4. To post a video from YouTube or Google Video copy the url from the YouTube or Google Video page and paste it into a tag like so (without the space):

   • Google Video example: [ googlevideo=http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=-8459301055248673864]
