Wii Pre-Order Line and PS3 Line

A quick scan for a pre-order line for the Wii in Japan, bearing in mind that all they are doing is queuing up to put down their name for a pre-order so they can get a Wii on launch day! (Also notice how many people are passing the time by playing on their DS).

Also a quick video of the line for the Playstation 3 which went on sale in Japan on the 11th of November. News reports suggest that a lot of people went home unhappy as (big shock!) the PS3 was in short supply.

Net.art

Just wrote a post on my own research weblog about net.art which may be of interest to year 3 after Fridays lecture on the topic. The post deals with a new publication on the topic (in our library) but has a few links to net.arts already mentioned and others not mentioned. Director Evaluation

Garrett,

With regards to the evaluation for the Director assignment. Should we be discussing what we have done in our sketch book? As I’m thinking the evalution should be in some form of logical order of progression from initial designer and ideas, to research and sketchbook, to development of CD, then evaluating the project and strengths and weaknesses etc.

Thought I would post this here rather than email as others may have a similar question.
