Saul Bass et al

Some title sequences stumbled on by a friend of mine created by Saul Bass, Maurice Binder, Pablo Ferro, Dan Perri, Kyle Cooper, André François, Sandy Dvore, Art Clokey and Imaginary Forces. Saul Bass created some of the best title sequences for movies in the 50’s / 60’s / 70’s and is the most important figure here – have a look. Anyone Lost?

If anybody enjoys the work of J.J. Abrams, you will appreciate the sheer provocative nature of this well marketed trailer for the fist season of ‘Lost’.

Although quite dated now, I still find it utterly incredulous in its power to appeal.
